This is a very brief walk through the landscape of the 10 series.
Session One
An opening to freeing the breath.
In this session is a relaxing with the main focus of work on the ribcage, shoulders, arms and hips.
Session Two
A foundation
Sessions 2 beings to look at how your stand, sit and walk, with special focus on the feet, lower leg and possibly the lower arms.
Session Three
Rotations
In the 3rd session one gets to ‘sew ‘ together both the upper and lower body through the awareness of the side and rotation.
Session Four
Inner body - Support
This session is the next step in a 2nd series of mini 3 sessions and are closely related to sessions 5,6 and 7.
Session Five
The 5th session focuses on the abdomen. Lengthening through support from the spine and extablishing a center of the body.
Session Six
The back and the special awareness of the back of your body.
Session Seven
The head on top of an aligned body.
Session Eight, Nine and Ten.
Integrating the awareness with the body.
Closure of the 10 series.
The body has arrived to a new place and this final session often works with movment of back, neck, arms and legs.
